All the hard work from the past two months finally culminated into our first full harvest of the season. These days, I have been waking up at 4:30 in the morning in order to give myself enough time to feed the animals, eat breakfast and harvest vegetables before the sunlight causes the leaves to contract. The
CSA pickup will begin taking place every Tuesday and Friday, giving me ample opportunities to become more efficient in harvesting different vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers as the season progresses.

Leftovers from today's harvest ended up on the dinner table as stir-fry. It was extremely exciting to suddenly have so many fresh ingredients at my disposal!
