It was a tough week. I ended up soaked and freezing in the rain while transplanting different varieties of chard, spinach, onions, broccoli and cauliflower. The weather was ideal for transplanting, leaving the soil moist and the plants less susceptible to shock than if they were otherwise exposed to too much sunlight all at once.
